My Thoughts:
Another great book in the Mind Reader series. This book was a little faster passed than the first one. In this book Cameron starts to learn about her past but the real questions is, it that what is the real truth and who can she trust? The only thing I did not like about it was all the flash backs. But then again it does add to what had happened in book one and shows a deeper reasoning to her feelings. This book also shows me that you never know who you can truely trust. This book has a lot of twist and turns which made me keep turning the pages to see what would happen next. Can not wait to read the next book and see where her abilities take her and what more she can learn about her past and her abilities.

My Thoughts
I absolutely love this book. Cameron is a mind reader who had moved from place to place .When she meets another mind reader, Lewis. Lewis takes her to a place that is home to many others like her. Here she learns that she has other abilities that she never knew about.
I so enjoyed watching Cameron learn about her abilities and how she could use them. This book made me want more. It is such a page turner. It ends with a breath taking cliff hanger that I absolutely had to get the second book.

On an appointed day of every year, all sixteen-year-olds must select the faction to which they will devote the rest of their lives. During the highly competitive initiation that follows, Beatrice renames herself Tris and struggles alongside her fellow initiates to live out the choice they have made. Together they must undergo extreme physical tests of endurance and intense psychological simulations, some with devastating consequences. As initiation transforms them all, Tris must determine who her friends really are--and where, exactly, a romance with a sometimes fascinating, sometimes exasperating boy fits into the life she's chosen. But Tris also has a secret, one she's kept hidden from everyone because she's been warned it can mean death. And as she discovers unrest and growing conflict that threaten to unravel her seemingly perfect society, Tris also learns that her secret might help her save the ones she loves . . . or it might destroy her.

My Thoughts
After seeing the ads for the movie I decided to read this book. Once I started reading I could not put it down. This book was so great. It mad me want to learn more about the people and factions. I loved seeing Tris go through every step of initiation as she tries to figure out what she is and what is truely going on in the  town. I love the seeing the interactions each character has with each other.
I can not wait to see the movie and read the other books in this series.

My Thoughts
All together I thought this was a good book. It had a good plot. The characters were  interesting and well developed.
This was an interesting read. I liked how the characters interacted with each other in the dollhouse. The ending leaves you wondering if they will ever escape.
The only problem I had with this book is that it moves slowly. I believe that it could have been better with a little more action.
